This Act amended for those factories and industries who are defined as Factories and where serious Occupational Health Hazard may occur at work place causing life threat to employees Also occupational induced hazards and Industrial accidents and injuries do fall in the Act It clearly defines that factory or Industry Must compulsory Hire Factory Medical Doctor(FMO) Part Time for Labour staff from 200-500(i.e 4 hrs) And Full time FMO for staff above 500 employees(8hrs) This requirement should furnish round the clock if employees offer services 24x7
